Complete flash via CAN

Beschreibung
When device is updated via CAN, it jumps into PhonyBL afterwards making the CAN flash procedure useless.
1) Keep CAN active and start phonyBL manually by button
2) Flash intern+extern in one step
1) Sounds goot. Keep CANFLasher as is without device-dependant behaviour. When just flashing firmware
the device would still end up inaccessible and CANFlashing would throw error telling device disapeared.

Von The device still boots to Phony-BL. Having the touch calibration in SPI-Flash is anoying. Firmware update should not destroy this.
Da kann ich grad einen CCandisBL erstellen der die Kalibrierung wegsichert.
handleMmpTransfer_finalize() in einer "class CCandisBL" implementieren. Dann kann generisch injeziert werden. Keine CANDis spezifischen Befehle im CANFlasher.
Beim FLaschen via USB erstmal verkraftbar. Dass kann dann einfach beim Reset-Button-Slot gemacht werden.

Media is now flashed before application. Even if there is a reboot after finished, it would end up in reverse bootloader.
Changes not enabling Phony-BL can be reverted.
